This is really funny, brings back memories from them days-when we could chant such songs, not know what we were chanting and not even start analyzing what the lyrics meant :-)

Aco, IN YOUR BOX!! This is serious business. You know isn a few years I'll have my own tots and I want to know what these songs are all about.

I see only the ladies have real memories of such songs. Kwani the chaps were not rhyming as kiddoz? Izao?

Bubble gum
Bubble gum
number 28
i went for a walk
butn now i stop
underbreak
Blue band.....
etc
who remembers the actual words to the Tinker Tailor song?

PROUD NYEUTHI said...

Aha! We have success fully completed one:

Bubble gum
Bubble gum
number 28
I went for a walk
but now i stop
underbreak
Blue band, Zero point zero
Zero point zero is a round
around and around
I am a girl guide dressed in blue
these are the actions i must to do:
salute for the king
bow for the queen
close my eyes and count fifteen

Clearly making sense is secondary.
Thanks Anon.
